I am a passionate foodie and cook. I live for playing around in the kitchen and eating out, where I get tons of inspiration to create unique, innovative dishes of my own. I decided to create a blog, a more detailed and in-depth version of my Instagram, to share honest reviews of all the places I get the opportunity to dine at, as well as a few of my own recipes. My ethos is orientated towards healthy, ethical and conscious eating. When I experienced relatively severe dietary complications in my teenage years, I invested much of my time into research, after which I developed an acute interest in nutrition and its benefits. I changed my diet to cut out dairy and consume more wholesome, plant-based food. Since this transition, I haven't experienced any issues at all with my health, and, what’s more, feel (cliché) transformed. I grew up on a healthy diet, as my parents are all about nutritious, wholesome and fresh food and are excellent cooks themselves. Therefore, I found it easy to adapt to a long-term wholesome diet, and do not crave or feel deprived of fast unhealthy food in the slightest. I found the search for restaurants, both in the UK and global, that follow a similar ethos so exciting and inspiring and felt the need to share it.
